As a waitress at W Hotel Chengdu, I mainly focused on achieving guest satisfaction and financial budget goals. In terms of standards and regulations, assist in the implementation of hotel standard procedures, work with all departments to maintain service standards, provide guests with a unique experience, handle complaints, follow regulations and service procedures, attend meetings, practice brand culture and follow safety manuals.
