Responsible for supporting all aspects of Welcome Ambassador and Wheels functions in accordance with hotel standards. Maintains a Welcome Ambassador service and management philosophy that serves as a guide for respective talents. Assists in developing and maintaining the acknowledgment and service of all guests visiting the location, Supports management to ensure all departments are aware of all guests' needs and information prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay. Training and supervise talent according to the BSA & l.QA standard, Complete all hotel compliance and cooperate with other department, Follow-up with related contract, license and payment.
负责对整个迎实大使和驰骋部的日常运营,为英才提供必要的培训、指导以维护迎宾大使代表酒店形象的使命。协助开发和维护所有来访客人的确认和服务。支持酒店管理层为到店客人提供无微不至的问候,提供和协助客人查询所需的各种资讯包括查询、预订等等,致力为营造超越客人期望的体验,按照 BSA & amp; LQA 的标准培训和监督员工,配合完成成酒店各种合规审计,跟进合同,相关证照和付款。
Maintaining Guest Services and Welcome Ambassador and Wheels Goals.

Supports the establishment of an effective database to be used by all talents for restaurant and local attractions.
收集有关当地的旅游胜地、餐厅等信息并汇总为部门的培训资料,以便英才在工作当中为之所用。
Provides recommendations and arranges services for guests as requested (e.g., car rental, airline and train tickets, office services, beauty and barber services, baby-sitting, repairs, shopping).
为客人介绍安排相关的服务,包括用车服务、提供航班和动车信息、美容美发、婴儿托管服务、购物等等。
Provides check-in and check-out services and handles reservations when needed.
必要时为客人办理登记入住、退房手续或预订服务。
Maintains knowledge of rooms and their locations, services and facilities of the hotel.
熟悉掌握酒店的产品服务知识。
Ensures repeat and Vip guests are receiving appropriate service and ensures their requests are carried out.
Provides warm welcome and anticipation of guest needs throughout their stay.
为 VIP 客人提供相应的服务,确保常客和 VIP 客人的需求子以满足以维持良好的宾客关系。
Communicates and writes with fluency in English and Mandarin.
能够流利使用英文和普通话以书面和口头进行沟通。
Experience working in a luxury or lifestyle-related business/environment would be a highly positive attribute.
有相关奢华或引领时髦潮流的环境中的工作经验者优先。
Bachelor's degree or above.
本科及以上。
