Shangri-La Yiwu 义乌香格里拉
Shangri-La Yiwu is located in the city's landmark building—the Yiwu World Trade Center, at the heart of the financial and business district. It is a multifunctional urban complex integrating residential, commercial, office, retail, and entertainment spaces. The main tower stands at an impressive height of 215 meters, a playful nod to the Chinese homophone "Ai Yiwu" (Love Yiwu). Floors 9 to 38 of Shangri-La Yiwu feature luxurious guest rooms (with a minimum floor area of 48㎡) and comprehensive serviced apartments (with a minimum floor area of 72㎡). Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Yiwu River and the International Trade City from their windows.

We are currently looking for a Service Leader-Engineer to join our team.
 
1. Responsible for the boiler and the related steam system, water supply system, coagulate-water system, and the equipment operation and maintenance are also involved.
2. In charge and directly responsible for the safe, economical, efficient and reliable operation， repair & preventative maintenance of hotel ACMV facilities.
3. Render proper maintenance of Mechanical systems and the related equipment, including swimming   pool, Water Treatment and Sewage equipment of the Hotel
4. Patrol and repair electrical equipment system
5. In charge and directly responsible for the safe, economical, efficient and reliable operation of hotel “Kitchen & Laundry ” facilities.
6. Supervises trains and coordinates with service associate for the daily work requirements and assignments.
 
We are looking for someone who:
 
1.  Experiences of operating or maintaining the hotel equipment.
2.  Ability to operate air conditioning system and carry out PM for A/C.
3. Active attitude
4. Management and organizing ability are required.

6. 监督，培训并给值班人员安排日常工作。

1. 有操作或维修酒店设备的经验。
2. 丰富的酒店空调维修保养操作技能。
3. 态度积极。
4. 具备组织及管理能力。
