【岗位职责】
1、深度理解企业战略、业务及产品，搭建战略人才供应链；
2、负责【岗位需求梳理】到【人才入职发展跟进】的招聘全闭环，为招聘结果和质量负责;
3、负责招聘渠道的开发和管理、雇主品牌建设工作；
4、定期统计分析招聘数据，基于数据分析诊断招聘问题及提出解决方案，提升招聘效率；
5、招聘体系的建设与完善，把控和优化招聘流程；
6、对内赋能，通过面试工具与技巧培训提升业务部门面试能力。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，至少1年以上招聘经验；
2、熟悉各类面试技巧、人才测评工具及方法；
3、有使命感，对企业和每一位候选人负责；
4、优秀的沟通表达能力，思路清晰，积极主动，内驱力、学习能力、责任心、亲和力强。
