【岗位职责】
1、根据公司人力资源规划制定相关部门的招聘策略、招聘计划；
2、负责相关领域的人力资源市场分析，有效管理及优化招聘渠道；
3、负责相关部门的具体招聘工作，包括人才寻访、面试、录用等；
4、参与招聘体系建设及相关的优化、创新项目。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，1-3年以上企业人力资源工作经验，其中招聘工作经验至少1年以上；
2、熟悉招聘业务流程以及各种招聘渠道；
3、熟练掌握两种以上人才测评或面试技巧；
4、思维敏捷，富有工作激情，具较强的沟通能力与抗压能力。
