【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店收益管理体系的建立与优化，制定并执行收益策略；
2、监控市场动态及竞争对手价格策略，及时调整定价方案；
3、分析客房、餐饮等业务数据，提出收益建议；
4、协调销售、前厅、预订等部门，确保收益策略落地；
5、定期生成收益分析报告，为管理层提供决策支持；
6、评估促销活动效果，优化资源分配。
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉酒店收益管理流程，具备数据分析能力；
2、能独立制定并实施收益策略，对市场敏感；
3、熟练使用收益管理工具及Excel等办公软件；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与多部门高效合作；
5、逻辑清晰，责任心强，能承受工作压力；
6、有酒店行业相关经验者优先。
