职位描述

1. 支持市场销售总监的市场销售价格策略,按计划执行。Support DOSM Sales and Marketing strategies and plan, implement the plan.                                                                                                     2.协助预定部经理监督管理整个部门及每名员工的工作,以达到指定目标。Assists Reservation Manager in overseeing and supervising the overall Reservations Sales Department performance and individual Reservations Sales Agent’s performance to reach assigned goals.
3.确保所有预订以及输入系统的信息均遵循部门工作流程。Ensure all reservations and system information input strictly follow department S&P and process.
4.确保全面了解酒店设施和服务的所有相关信息以向有需求的客人提供解答。Ensure a high level of product knowledge is maintained in order to explain services and facilities to clients as required.
5.确保全面了解酒店客房房态、库存,推广活动及相关的设施设备和服务。Be knowledgeable about hotel room status, inventory, promotions, facilities and different services offered throughout the hotel.
6.确保了解关于房价、促销以及特殊报价的实时信息。 Keep up to date on all room rates, special offers and promotions.
7.时时沟通房态,销售战略,促销活动及其它酒店活动,保证及时并准确执行。 Communicates current sales strategy, promotional efforts and other hotel activities, to ensure  execute promptly and accurately.
8.协助预定部经理密切关注员工要求,包括注意预订部每位员工的工作量及员工排班,以最佳状况满足运作需求。Assists Reservation Manager in monitoring staffing including individual Reservations Sales Agent’s workload and plans the department’s shifts to best meet business needs.
9.确保所有预订的准确性,在预订客人到达之前。Ensure all reservations are accurately completed before guests arrival.
10.确保有障碍或有特殊需求的客人得到需求的满足。Ensures that disabled and special needs guests are adequately provided for.
11.确保客人的投诉和需求得到解决并超越客人的期待。Ensures complaints and requests are handled with the aim of exceeding guests expectations.
12.记录和处理所有通过电话和传真的预订。 Record and process all reservations made by phone or fax.
13.确保所有客人的留言被适当的保留在该客人的历史记录中。 Ensure guest comments are recorded in guest history and acted on when appropriate.                                                                                         14.在酒店房间紧张的情况下,查阅所有的预计抵达报表,以最大限度避免意外的“洗房”和订房取消。Ensures reservations are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy before guests’ arrivals. Reviews all arrivals on tight periods to minimize unexpected  "wash" or cancellations.                                                                                       15.跟催抵达团队的预订信息(例如:名单,结账方式等)。Monitors group reservation activities (e.g. rooming list, payment methods, etc). Follow up and chase the name list of arriving group of guests.
15.确保佣金需求被正确,及时的跟进。 Ensures all commission requests are handled accurately and timely.                                                                                                   

16.负责跟进非担保预订及房间订满时的对客联系。To manage non guaranteed reservations and the Book Out procedure as required.
17.负责跟进未抵店预订、预订取消、延长入住期限预订以及提前退房预订。To manage No Show/ Cancellation/ Extended Stay and Early Departure.
18.完成并更新部门工作标准及流程,确保部门工作标准及流程得到市场销售总监批准 。To complete and update as necessary the Departmental Standards & Procedures, and Departmental Training Profiles for DOSM Approval.
19.每月回顾预订部神秘电话测试结果,协助预定部经理帮助员工不断提高电话销售标准及技巧, 提高客人满意度。  Monthly review mystery call result and to continuously improve Reservation staff phone sale skills to ensure guest satisfiaction.                                                                                            20. 时时监控定期评估预定部员工各项考核指标及整体表现,在有需要的情况下,帮助员工提高工作表现以使客人满意。Monitor and regularly evalutate performance of Reservation staff, assists Reservations staff in his/her job performance, when required, to ensure guest satisfaction.
21.以专业的方式与其他部门合作,培育和谐氛围并全面提高工作流程。                                                                  22.协助预定部经理确保预定部员工在任何时候表现专业态度和行为。Assists Reservation Manager in demonstrateing professional attitude and behavior at all times.
23.协助预定部经理确保预定部员工根据酒店及品牌标准保持个人形象。 Assists Reservation Manager in maintaining personal presentation to hotel and the brand standards.
24.确保预定部员工在工作中遵循酒店及品牌对客服务标准。Abides by the hotel and brand service standard.
25.确保预定部员工推荐万达集团管理的酒店,提供一站式服务。 Promote all other Wanda Hotel & Resort properties to provide one stop service.
