【岗位职责】
1、负责大堂吧区域的日常服务工作，包括接待客人、点单、送餐及收银等；
2、保持大堂吧环境整洁，确保餐具、桌椅及其他设施摆放有序；
3、熟悉酒水及饮品的种类、特点及制作流程，能够为客人提供专业的推荐；
4、及时处理客人的投诉或特殊需求，确保客人满意度；
5、协助完成每日营业报表及库存盘点工作；
6、遵守酒店的服务标准及操作流程，确保服务质量符合要求；
7、与其他部门保持良好沟通，确保服务流程顺畅。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识及沟通能力，能够热情、耐心地对待客人；
2、能够适应倒班工作制，包括早班、晚班及节假日值班；
3、具备团队合作精神，能够与同事协作完成工作任务；
4、身体健康，形象端正，无不良嗜好；
5、有酒店或餐饮行业工作经验者优先，无经验者可提供培训；
6、能够承受一定的工作压力，适应快节奏的工作环境。
