Job responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1. Conduct hotel job analysis, staffing, and organizational design work.

进行酒店工作分析、定岗定员定编和组织机构的设计工作。

2. Responsible for the collection, storage, recruitment, and selection of various talents required by the hotel.

负责酒店所需各类人才的搜集、贮备、招聘和选拔工作。

3. Handle various procedures for the recruitment of new employees.

办理新员工入职录用的各种手续。

4. Handle matters such as signing, renewing, suspending, and terminating employee labor contracts.

办理员工劳动合同的签订、续订、中止、终止等事宜。

5. Collect personnel change declarations from various departments and submit them to superiors for approval.

收集各部门的人事变动申报，报上级审批。

6. Handle employee resignation procedures and handle personnel disputes.

办理员工的离辞职手续，处理人事纠纷。

7. Produce annual labor and personnel reports, handle annual inspection work in the labor department.

制作年度劳动人事报表，处理劳动部门年检工作。
