Job responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1. Be responsible for the daily recruitment of employees, and establish employment channels and talent pool.

负责员工日常招聘工作，建立用工渠道及人才储备库。

2. Be responsible for handling entry and exit procedures and reviewing personnel changes.

负责办理入职、离职手续, 及人事变动的审核工作。

3. Responsible for the registration of personnel information and the updating of roster data

负责人员信息的登记，花名册的数据更新

4. Be responsible for the management of personnel files of employees

负责员工人事档案的管理

5. Responsible for the specific implementation and inspection of various personnel policies.

负责各种人事政策的具体实施及检查工作。

6. Other assigned work.

其它交办的工作。
