MAJORRESPONSIBILIES 责任概要 :

Work closely with the Front Office Manager by resumingresponsibility as shift leader and keep good control of cost in dailyoperation.Be responsible for maintain theoverall welfare of our associates by providing them with the training andresources to take care of our guests.Achieve departmental budget goals bymaintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient costexpenditure.Be responsible for the monthlydepartment Profit & Loss Statement.

与前厅部经理紧密协作,  良好的控制每日的运营成本;提供员工满意的培训和人力发展的机会,使员工更加热情的服务客人;通过提高销售额和有效的成本控制,使收益达到部门预算;负责部门月度财务收益报告。

SPECIFICDUTIES 工作任务 :

1.      Ensure all Standard OperatingProcedure and Local Operating Procedures are adhered to and carried out.

          确保在工作中遵本酒店的标准操作程序。

2.      Assist in monitoring the suppliesand maintenance of all Lounge equipment.

          协管酒廊设备的运作及养护。

3.      Meeting and escorting VIP guests totheir rooms and any other guests as and when required.

          接待并引领酒店VIP和其他客人入住登记.

4.      Assist in training and coaching ofall Excutive Lounge Associates.

          协助培训所有的行政酒廊员工。

5.      Ensure daily operations flowssmoothly and consistent visibility in the hotel’s lobby to provide easy accessto all guests and associates.

          确保日常工作顺利的进行,保持客区及员工区域的整洁。

6.      Handling of all guests’ complaintsand to correspond with guests when necessary.

          处理顾客投诉,必要时满足客人的需要。

7.      Ensure standard of cleanliness forthe Executive Club is maintained at all times, or report defects accordingly torelevant department.

          确保行政酒廊各区域的清洁符合标准,发现不足及时向相关部门汇报。

8.      Accurately forecast business demandsto ensure efficient staffing & food production.

          关注商务需要,保证提供高效的服务。

9.      To ensure the awareness &enforcement of all Hotel SOP’s & Property LSOP’s.

          熟练掌握酒店的服务标准。

10.   Enforce operational Standards thatare periodically reviewed & updated.

         定期回顾并更新工作标准。

11.   Be responsible for maintainingoutlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.

         负责维持部门区域的安全和清洁标准。

12.   To ensure the efficient schedulingof management and associates.

         策划人力,准备日常排班。

13.   Handling of overbooked situationsand to liaise with Sales Department on the Walk List whenever necessary.

         处理超额预定的情况,必要时与销售部联络沟通。

14.   Attending departmental meetings orany other meetings as assigned by the management.

         按时参加本部门和酒店管理部门召开的相关会议。

15.   Conduct training classes not onlyfor Front Office but Hotel wide to better equipped and groom associates whenout front with guests.

         指导本部门和酒店其他相关部门的员工的培训工作,保证员工以良好的服务及精神面貌接待客人。

16.   Request for guest to fill up our GSSforms upon check out.

         服务过程中建议客人在退房时完成OTA点评。

17.   To counsel/coach all associates toensure the consistency of their performance.

         引导所有的员工保持其最佳工作状态。

18.   To liaise with other departments onnew policies/packages.

         酒店推出新政策时做好与相关部门的沟通。

19.   Knowing all emergency procedure atall times.

         熟练掌握突发事件处理过程。

20.   Be wary of general liability issuesand if unclear to check with Department Head.

         在酒店资产营运方面及时与各部门领导沟通。

21.   Maintain effective service in linewith the Hotel’s Corporate Image.

         提供高效率的服务,维护酒店形象。

22.   Company’s Grooming Standard.

         符合酒店仪容仪表标准。

23.   Standard Operation Procedures.

         符合标准的工作程序。

24.   Departmental Policies.

         符合部门政策。

25.   Corporate Policies.

         符合集团政策。

26.   Providing associates with the righttraining in order to carry out their duties  effectively and efficiently.

         提供员工进行相应培训,以保证其提供有效的服务。

27.   Ensure all Standard OperatingProcedure and Local Operating Procedures are adhered to and carried out.

         认真贯彻基础工作程序及当地工作程序。

28.   Have departmental meetings at leastonce a month to ensure all associates are performing their job smoothly withsufficient working tool and that everyone is treated fairly in all area andspeak up whenever there are concerns

          每月至少开一次部门会议,确保所有员工都有充足的工作资源来完成工作,每个人都被公平对待,并说出其疑问。

29.   Preparing annual all associatesPerformance Appraisals.

         准备所有员工的年度员工表现评估。

30.   Establish effective 15-minutetraining and briefing with associates prior to reporting to stations.

         建立有效的15分钟培训,并与其他同事交接相关事宜。

31.   Implement the proper trainingprogram and control the training of the staff to top efficiency and inaccordance with Hotel policies

         参加相关培训课程,帮助培养符合酒店标准的高品质的员工。

32.   Provide job descriptions and anupdated training manual

         制定工作描述,更新培训手册。

33.   Have a thorough knowledge of hotelfire regulations and policy reports safety programs, and what the direct dutiesare in relation to each. Ensure that all associates are properly trained tothese procedures.

         全面了解酒店的消防程序,报警程序,安全守则,并清楚其相关负责人。保证所有同事都参加此类培训。

34.   Have accurate and complete guestassistance information available regarding events taking place in town,restaurants, athletic events, etc.

         能向客人准确及时的提供在当地,餐厅,运动场馆等所举行的宴会活动的信息。

35.   Any other duties as may be assignedfrom time to time.

         承担其他实时被委派的职责。

36.   Assist the Front Office Manager insupervising all Front Office areas. Ensure BSC goals       and related services questions regardingthe Front Office Department are achieved, particularly guest voice and Ctrip.

         确保前厅部BSC(平衡计分卡)各项分数达到目标,尤其是确保宾客满意度的分数达标以及携程分数达标。

37.   Provide ongoing advice and supportto associate under your supervision. Achieve Associate Pulse Survey goals forthe department.

         给予所员工以不断的建议和支持,达到部门员工满意度调查的目标。

38.   Coordinate with the HousekeepingDepartment to ensure room status is maintained and the “ Room Ready on Arrival” policy is adhered to.

        与客房部协调以确保房间状态并保证“待用房”政策的持续执行。
