【岗位职责】
1、负责客房部的日常运营管理，监督和指导客房服务员的工作，确保客房清洁、布草更换、物品补充等工作按时按质完成。
2、检查客房卫生及设施状况，确保符合酒店卫生标准及服务质量要求，及时处理客房报修问题。
3、协助制定客房服务流程及标准，优化工作程序，提高工作效率和服务质量。
4、负责客房用品的领用、盘点及库存管理，控制成本，避免浪费。
5、处理客人投诉及特殊需求，提供及时、高效的解决方案，提升客户满意度。
6、对新员工进行岗位培训，确保其掌握工作技能及服务标准。
7、完成上级交办的其他工作任务，配合其他部门协调工作。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识和职业素养，能够适应酒店行业高强度的工作节奏。
2、具备一定的团队管理能力，能够有效协调和指导下属员工完成工作任务。
3、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够独立处理突发情况。
4、具备较强的沟通能力和应变能力，能够妥善处理客人投诉及需求。
5、身体健康，能适应倒班工作制。
6、有酒店客房服务或相关工作经验者优先，无经验者可培训上岗。
