【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店内外区域的日常安全巡查，确保酒店财产及客人安全；
2、监控酒店各区域的安防设备，及时发现并处理安全隐患；
3、协助处理突发事件，如火灾、盗窃、纠纷等，并按照应急预案执行；
4、维护酒店秩序，制止不文明行为，确保客人及员工的安全；
5、配合相关部门完成大型活动或重要接待的安保工作；
6、做好值班记录，及时上报异常情况；
7、完成上级交办的其他安保相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，无不良嗜好，能适应倒班工作制；
2、具备较强的责任心和警觉性，能及时发现并处理安全隐患；
3、良好的沟通能力，能妥善处理突发事件及客人投诉；
4、服从管理，具备团队合作精神；
5、有相关安保工作经验或退伍军人优先考虑；
6、无犯罪记录，品行端正。
