【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店前台日常接待工作，包括为客人办理入住、退房手续及换房等业务；
2、准确高效地处理客人预订信息，确保系统数据及时更新；
3、解答客人咨询，提供酒店服务、设施及周边旅游信息的介绍；
4、处理客人投诉及突发情况，及时反馈并跟进解决；
5、协助财务部门完成每日账务核对及交接工作；
6、维护前台区域整洁，确保工作环境符合酒店标准；
7、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、形象端正，具备良好的服务意识和职业素养；
2、普通话标准，具备基本的英语沟通能力；
3、能适应倒班工作制（含夜班），具备较强的抗压能力；
4、熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统者优先；
5、有酒店前台或相关服务行业经验者优先，无经验可培训上岗；
6、工作认真负责，具备良好的团队协作精神。
