【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店厨房头灶岗位的日常烹饪工作，确保菜品质量符合酒店标准；
2、根据菜单要求，独立完成各类热菜的烹制，包括炒、炸、炖、煮等多种烹饪方式；
3、协助厨师长研发新菜品，并参与菜单的更新与优化；
4、严格把控食材的新鲜度与卫生标准，确保食品安全；
5、维护厨房设备的正常运转，及时报告设备故障并协助解决；
6、保持工作区域的整洁与卫生，符合酒店卫生管理制度；
7、配合团队完成大型宴会或特殊活动的菜品制作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的烹饪基本功，熟悉川菜或其他菜系的烹饪技巧；
2、能够独立完成头灶岗位的菜品制作，有较强的火候掌控能力；
3、对食材有较高的敏感度，能够根据季节变化调整烹饪方法；
4、具备团队合作精神，能够适应高强度的工作环境；
5、有酒店或大型餐饮企业工作经验者优先；
6、持有厨师相关职业资格证书者优先；
7、身体健康，无不良嗜好，能够适应倒班工作制。
