【岗位职责】
1、负责厨房砧板岗位的日常操作，包括食材的切配、腌制、初加工等工作；
2、根据菜品要求，准确完成各类食材的切配，确保规格、形状符合标准；
3、协助厨师完成菜品的前期准备工作，保证出菜效率与质量；
4、维护砧板区域的卫生清洁，严格执行食品安全与卫生标准；
5、合理管理食材库存，避免浪费，确保食材新鲜度；
6、配合厨房团队完成其他临时性工作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基本的刀工技能，能熟练处理各类食材的切配；
2、工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应快节奏的厨房工作环境；
3、了解食品安全与卫生规范，具备基本的厨房安全意识；
4、具有良好的团队协作能力，服从工作安排；
5、有无经验均可，愿意学习者优先考虑。
