工作职责：
1. 负责总机日常运营管理工作，确保总机服务的高效、准确与及时性。
2. 监控总机服务质量，定期收集并分析客户反馈，提出并实施改进措施，提升客户满意度。
3. 制定并优化总机工作流程与操作规范，确保团队成员遵循统一标准执行。
4. 协调总机与其他部门之间的沟通与合作，确保信息传递的顺畅与高效。
5. 负责总机团队成员的培训与指导，提升团队整体业务水平与服务态度。
6. 负责预订工作，每日检查当日所有新预定，取消或变更的预定，确保信息准确无误及时通知相关部门。
7、发展酒店散客及团队预定团队，并且确保每次的电话查询，保证收益。
8、确保与相关的所有信息输入准确无误，并保证有足够的备份以做检查。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：18-35岁
