（一）政府及外部机构对接1. 联络机制建设：建立并持续维护与九寨沟各政府职能部门的日常联络机制，确保沟通渠道畅通、响应及时、信息对称。
2. 关系维护与拜访：定期通过线上或线下方式拜访相关公务单位，持续维系良好合作关系，提升酒店外部形象。
3. 预订对接管理：负责各职能部门在酒店的用房、用餐、会议等预订需求的统一对接与协调落实。
4. 合作项目推进：配合政府部门、个体商户及企业单位开展大小型会议、团建活动、商务洽谈等合作事项的对接与落地执行。
5. 免费门票协调：根据市场营销部的拍摄及宣传需求，适时与相关职能部门对接，协调进入景区（进沟）的免费门票事宜。
（二）VIP接待与服务标准1. VIP接待统筹：按照酒店接待要求，完成重要接待前的查房工作，并提前与餐饮部、客房部等相关部门对接接待事宜，确保各环节无缝衔接。
2. 服务标准制定与执行：制定并持续优化VIP接待服务标准，监督执行情况，确保服务品质稳定。
3. 上级交办接待任务：高效完成上级交办的所有接待任务，涵盖用房、用餐、进景区等相关安排。
（三）财务协同与其他1. 账款催收配合：配合财务部门，跟进政府部门相关账务的催收工作，确保款项及时回笼。
2. 跨部门协同配合：积极配合酒店其他部门的工作安排，服从上级管理，主动参与酒店各类团队活动及临时性工作安排。
