职位描述
岗位职责:

1. Supervise all income auditors in the team
督导所有收入审计员的工作
2. Finalizes food cover report and photocopies various documentation for food and beverage control and the Finance Department
制作餐饮收入报表终稿;复印不同文件,供餐饮控制与财务部门之需
3. Keys revenue journal and distributes to Outlet Mangers and management
输入收益分类帐,派发给餐饮经理和管理层
4. Controls dockets used in all outlets, maintaining correct sequence used at all times, accounting for dockets and making sure canceled dockets are recorded accordingly 
管理所有餐厅的待办事务清单,在任何时候保持正确的顺序;待办事务计数,确保已取消事项的相应记录
5. Controls all food and beverage sales by:
通过以下手段控制餐饮销售:
 Correct recording of guest checks on a timely basis
正确及时地记录客户账单
 Performs spot checks on outlet checks used
抽样检查已使用的餐厅账单
 Having all voided checks, corrections and unsettled checks approved by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager
掌握所有由餐厅督导或餐厅经理批准的有效账单、更正以及未结账单
 Monitors the buffet controls, especially over cash settled checks to prevent reuse ensuring all revenue is recorded
监控自助餐的管理,特别是针对以现金结帐的账单,防止再次使用,确保所有的收益得到记录
 Ensure banquet controls are being adhered to
确保遵守宴会控制
 Reconciles total outlet sales to total charges

6. Ensures all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges. All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance Policy. The rebate credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs must be summarized and sent to the Operation Manager and General Manager for review daily
确保折扣和其它的收费有详细的收费明细支撑。所有的折扣信贷必须遵守财务政策。总结折扣信贷、其它收费以及支出,发送给运作经理和总经理,供每日审核之需
7. Ensures that programs involving coupons, certificates, and vouchers are adequately controlled and safeguards are in place

8. Audits daily collection of the General Cashiers Summary against the bank in slip
对照银行水单,审计总出纳小结中的每日收款
9. Audits and reconciles advance payments and ensures payments have been applied

10. Works with General Cashier to check all float totals regularly and keeps control on registers in outlets
协同总出纳,定期检查所有浮动总额,确保餐厅留有记录
11. Reconciles revenues on a daily basis via back up page

12. Performs various special projects as requested and assigned by management

13. Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same

14. Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures

15. Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly

16. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
采取行动纠正危险的情况,通知督导潜在危险
17. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
根据酒店要求,记录事件与事故

11. Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to anticipate their needs

12. Anticipate guest needs, handle guest inquires, and solve problems

13. Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers

14. Adhere to hotel brand standards

15. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests

16. Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request
如有要求,协助客人并陪同带领他们前往酒店设施
17. Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs

18. Maintain current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests

19. Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments

20. Communicate well to ensure effective shift hand-overs
