职位描述

Job Responsiblities:

Coordination of day to day Food & Beverage outlet activities. 

Assist Director of Food & Beverage/F&B operation manager in Planning, organizing, budgeting in all outlets. 

Provide a strong communication link between Outlet Managers and the Director F&B/F&B operation manager

• The incumbent is responsible, to ensure that F&B Department is run efficiently and that he/she apply all managerial principles to ensure Guest Satisfaction and financial benefits, in accordance with the budgeted guidelines and SOP

• The incumbent should be able to work without supervision and be able to take on the duties of Director F&B/F&B operation manager, in his absence.

• Ensure all the staffs carry out the task according to the SOP. 

• Assist Director of F&B in developing, updating SOP.

• Assist Director of F&B in sourcing local suppliers for equipment or other requirements in the department.

• Focus on customer service and staff development needs in all outlets

• Ensure the whole F&B Department and staffs offer an outstanding service to the guests.

• Supervises the quality of service in all outlets during meal periods.

• Provide a strong communication link between Outlet Managers and the Director F&B.

• Ensure departmental reports are prepared accurately and distributed on schedule

• Institute suitable processes to allow for introduction of managed change within the department

• Design internal reporting systems required by the department

• Manage the development of new products and services

• Promote products and services

• Manager quality improvement

• Coordinate work operations within the department

• Be aware of all establishment credit policies and procedures

• Liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out

• Ensure correct foreign currency exchange procedure

• Recruitment, training, development and rostering of staffs.
• Provide training support to all outlet managers.
• Should be a motivated trainer and willing to train.
• Develop performance standards for operations in the department
• Assess work operations and prepare plans to implement change when required
• Prevent and resolve grievances
• Recruit associates together with Human Resources Manager
• Discipline staff when applicable
• Provide ongoing advice and support to staff under your supervision
• Implement appropriate management practices that provide staff motivation and communication
• Ensure on-going departmental training
• Set team goals in consultation with team members according to hotel / department goals, policies and practices


Job Requirements:

Good menu and food knowledge

Good beverage knowledge

Good knowledge of beverage service skills

Technical course in F&B management (minimum 3years, Full-time course). 

Experience as outlet manager or similar position for 4-5 years in a 5 Star Hotel. 

College Certificate, Technical course in F&B management

Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills (spoken AND written)

Outgoing personality.

Positive attitude under pressure

Willing to work for long hours

Training & presentation skill

•与财务部门保持紧密联系,确保信贷程序得到正确执行

•确保正确的外汇兑换程序

•员工的招聘、培训、发展和登记。

为所有分店经理提供培训支持。

•应该是一个积极主动的培训师,愿意接受培训。

•制定部门运营绩效标准

评估工作运作,并在需要时准备实施变更的计划

•预防和解决不满

与人力资源经理一起招聘员工

•适当时对员工进行纪律处分

•在你的监督下为员工提供持续的建议和支持

•实施适当的管理实践,为员工提供动力和沟通

确保持续的部门培训

•根据酒店/部门的目标、政策和实践,与团队成员协商制定团队目标



职责要求:

良好的菜单和食品知识

良好的饮料知识

良好的酒水服务知识

餐饮管理技术课程(3年以上全日制)。

4-5年五星级酒店直营店经理或类似职位工作经验。

大专以上学历,餐饮管理专业技术课程

优秀的普通话和英语沟通能力(口语和写作)

外向的性格。

压力下的积极态度

愿意长时间工作
