Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

To receive the Daily Market Lists and Purchase Requests; confer with Purchasing Manager and requisitioning departments concerning market lists and purchase requests for clarification of quantity and quality specifications.

接收每日市场清单和购买请求;与采购经理和需要采购的部门就市场清单和采购要求进行协商，以明确数量和质量的要求。

To obtain competitive bids by actively and aggressively source the market to obtain the merchandise as specified at the lowest price available while meeting date of delivery, quality and quantity requirements

通过积极主动地采购市场，以在交货日期、质量和数量要求的情况下，以最低的价格获得商品，以获得有竞争力的报价。

To keep track of price movements, noting suppliers offering lowest prices.

跟踪价格变动情况，注意获取最低价格。

To follow up undelivered items and make proper complaints to suppliers concerned when items delivered are unsatisfactory.

跟踪未交付的项目，并在交付的项目不满意时向供应商提出适当的投诉。

Be familiar with import procedures and documentations and approvals that may be required from local government.

熟悉当地政府可能需要的进口程序、文件和批准文件。

To attend to the proper handling of purchasing problems such as non‑availability of standard items, late deliveries, poor services, sudden price increases, etc.

处理采购问题的正确处理，如不提供标准物品、延迟交货、服务差、价格突然上涨等。

Participates in regular market surveys as assigned by the Purchasing Manager together with user departments to capture updated market information on products available and prices and compiles informative reports for management review.

Requirement :

Minimum of 3 years working experience in the similar role.

三年以上相关工作经验。

Knowledge of hotel F&B, general goods and hotel operation.

熟悉酒店餐饮、商品和运作。

Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills (spoken AND written).

熟练的英语能力。
