岗位职责:

运营管理：
1. 监督餐厅日常运营，确保服务效率与质量标准。
2. 维护清洁、卫生及安全规范，定期检查合规性。
3. 协助库存管理与物资采购，确保每日营业所需物资充足。
4. 执行公司政策、行业法规及卫生标准。

员工管理与领导：
1. 培训、指导员工，确保服务标准与团队协作。
2. 分配工作任务并监督员工表现，优化排班与人力配置。
3. 营造积极的工作氛围，及时解决员工冲突并提供支持。

客户服务：
1. 主动接待顾客，提供友好服务体验。
2. 快速响应并妥善处理客户投诉，确保满意度。
3. 监督餐品质量与摆盘，提升顾客整体用餐体验。
4. 鼓励员工与顾客互动，提供个性化服务。

财务与行政事务：
1. 管理现金收付、POS系统操作及每日营业报表。
2. 监控销售数据、人力成本及损耗，优化盈利水平。
3. 支持促销活动策划与执行，提升顾客参与度。
4. 确保折扣、退款等政策规范执行。

设备与物资维护：
1. 检查餐厅设施维护情况，及时上报需修缮区域。
2. 监督物资使用，实施破损预防措施以减少损耗。
3. 确保每日备餐符合服务标准。

任职资格:

经验与技能：
1. 共4年以上餐饮或酒店行业经验，包括2年以上管理经验，具备团队领导能力。
2. 出色的沟通能力，能清晰传达指令并给予反馈。
3. 以客户为中心，善于解决突发问题并高效决策。
4. 具备组织能力与细节意识，熟悉库存管理及成本控制。
5. 适应快节奏工作，接受轮班制安排。

技术能力：
1. 熟练使用POS系统及餐饮管理软件。
2. 掌握基础财务知识与报表处理技能。

语言与教育：
1. 中英文双语沟通能力。
2. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业优先。
