岗位职责:
1. Answering duty telephone timely
即时接听工作电话。
2. To keep all equipment in good repair by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel under the direction of engineering management.
在部门的领导下完成日常的维护工作，以保证工程设备的良好运行。
3. To continually support and improve engineering services that effectively address problems affecting both guests and colleagues.
不断保持并提高工作技能，能及时有效解决客人和同事的相关问题。
4. To be willing to train and instruct other members of the staff by passing along your knowledge and skills. In addition, utilizing resources from the engineering training library and of outside vendors and sources will assist them in their development.
积极培养及指导其他同事熟悉相关知识和技能。此外，利用培训相关资料及外部供应商来协助同事的工作。
5. Manage repair and maintenance project and building improvement by effectively coordinating and planning all tasks in advance of beginning any project under the direction of engineering management.
有效管理维修和保养的工作计划，在部门管理层的指导下，在每项工作开展前都需要提前整合和计划，以保证有效的提高工作效率。
6. Utilize all possible resources. Coordinate efforts with engineering and other affected department.
有效利用所有可利用的资源。整合工程及其他部门的问题。
7. Use project management techniques along with the appropriately assigned engineering   team members to perform project planning and execution.
运用项目管理技术适当的分配团队人员，以更好的执行工程计划。
8. Distributing, checking and handling work orders.
分发、检查并处理维修单。
9. Fire Fighting procedure as a member of fire fighting team.
作为消防队员参与消防程序。
10. Attend briefing and meeting of engineering, the other department meeting within engineering.
参与部门每日例会，包括其他部门工程部相关的例会。
11. Read and understand NETMA.
阅读并了解每日酒店早报。
12. Checking of M & E plant .
检查所有机电机房。
13. Checking of utilities readings .
检查能耗读表情况。
14. Daily communication report.
做好日常交流报告。
15. Handing and Taking over of shift duties.
管理和交接日常值班工作。
16. Operating the Building Automation System.
熟练操作BAS系统。
17. Be familiar with chiller operation.
熟悉冷冻机操作。
18. Perform emergency trouble shooting or breakdown.
完成紧急情况的处理以及汇总分类。
19. Direct the leader of engineering section to plan and perform Preventive Maintenance for engineering system in the hotel.
直接领导各技术人员计划和执行酒店内工程设备的预防维修。
20. Plan, follow up and receive PO related to specific section monthly.
每月计划、跟进相关专业的采购订单并安排收货。
21. Management of safety issues related to engineering system of the hotel.
管理和工程相关的一切安全问题。
22. Duty Engineer should grasp as much as he could to different technical areas, including electric, mechanic, HVAC, building maintenance etc.
值班工程师应尽可能掌握多个技术领域，包括但不限于电气、机械、暖通空调、建筑物维护等。
23. The Hotel functions 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All staff must realize this fact and be aware that at times it may be necessary to move staff from their accustomed shift as business demands. In addition, it is understood that business determines the amount of ours that are worked, and that some weeks may be scheduled at less than 40 hours, and other weeks at more than 40 hours.
酒店一周七天，每天24小时全天运行。所有员工必须意识到有必要达到酒店的相关要求这个事实。此外，必须保证所有工作决定是切实有效的。有的星期也许因为相关公共假期无法达到或超过一周40小时的工作量。
 
任职资格:
Education 教育水平：
• The certificate with emphasis in engineering (engineering background and tertiary educational certificate is preferred).  Preferably in the area of electrical, mechanical or HVAC engineering.
在工程范围内的执业资格证书（工程专业背景，大学毕业优先），机械、电气、暖通空调专业优先。

Experience 工作经验：
•  Minimum five-year experience as a Maintenance Technician in Building M & E services and 2 years as supervisory level in the hotel industry.
至少5年以上作为在酒店工作的工程保养及维护方面的技术经验以及2年以上的主管经历。

Skills and Abilities 技能及能力：
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Chinese language and have some Reading, writing and oral ability in English language
熟练的中文阅读及书写能力， 能阅读、书写简单的英文。
• Must be service oriented and be able to maintain Livingoctave Suzhou  standard at all times
有良好的对客服务态度，工作期间必须严格执行音昱的标准。
• Must be willing to perform shift work
积极配合执行轮班工作的要求。
