【职位简述】
在遵循希尔顿集团及酒店政策程序的前提下对员工公寓及员工设施设备进行管理。
【工作职责】
1.负责员工宿舍的日常运作；
2.建立卫生及安全检查制度来确保宿舍的卫生；
3.能与入住宿舍的员工保持良好的沟通渠道，能针对员工提出的意见或建议进行合理的积极的分析和反馈并能采取措施给予落实；
4.检查并保证员工宿舍区域设施设备正常运转，并提供维护、保养和维修的服务；
5.负责与所有外租公寓及宿舍业主之间的良好沟通和联系，在需要业主或物业公司提供维护、保养和维修服务项目时，能保证及时提供；
6.负责酒店公寓的每月水电煤气费用统计，管理员工公寓成本控制。
【职位要求】
1.身体状况良好，高中以上学历；
2.2年以上国际四星级酒店同等岗位工作经验或相关领域同等经验；
3.能熟练操作Word ,Excel ,PPT等电脑系统者优先；
4.较强的沟通技巧，具有较强的组织协调能力，较强的团队合作意识。
