Position Summary
职位简述：
Oversee and direct all aspects of the hotel’s sales and marketing operation including sales, catering sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, reservations. Co-ordinates public relations activities with GM. Defines and applies policies aimed at obtaining the highest possible Revpar and yield for the hotel. Advises and assists F&B and rooms departments in maximizing revenues.
监督指导酒店所有市场销售运行包括销售，宴会及会议销售，行政管理，预订部门等。协调总经理完成公关活动。制定政策以为酒店获取最大收益。协助餐饮和房务部门扩大酒店收入。

Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1.Fully Contribute to the design of the hotel's business strategy.
全权负责酒店商务战略的设计。
2.Actively participate in the key management issues in the property (e.g. Planned refurbishment, training, customer service improvement campaigns).
积极参与酒店重要管理项目（如酒店修葺计划，培训计划，客户服务提升计划）
3.Actively support the Director of operations by providing advice, support and train in the upsell and cross sell skills to Front Office and F&B Staff.
积极支持运营总监的工作，提供建议和支持，并向前厅及餐饮部的员工进行升级销售的培训。
4.Actively promote restaurant reservations.
积极推动餐厅预订。
5.Fullysupport, and take responsibility for, revenue initiatives in car park,laundry, telephone, in roomnew/creative technology (movies, internet etc), business services.
对从停车场、客人洗衣、电话，客房内新创意技术，商业中心等处的收入进行全力支持并为负责任。

Qualifications
职位要求：
1.Bachelor Degree or above
本科以上学历。
2.Minimum 2 years of work experience in DOSM or DBD role in a similar capacity international hotel.
类似规模国际酒店两年以上市场销售总监或商务发展总监经验。
3.Shenzhen or South China experience is a plus.
最好拥有深圳或华南地区经验。
4.Fluent in written or oral English
流畅英语口语/书写。
5.Good interpersonal skills, strong leadership and aptitude.
良好的人际交往能力，擅长管理。
6.Possess strong administration and management skills.
具备优秀的行政及管理技巧。
7.Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
适应高压独立工作。
