Position Summary

Train and supervise team members in their duties in order to promote courtesy and efficiency and to take pride in their duties.

Responsibilities:

1.Properly train all new team members of the daily room service operations, including safety and sanitation procedures.
给新的员工提供营运培训并包括:安全卫生等。
2.Control work flow and assignment of work on designated shift.
监督工作流程并安排每个班次的工作。
3.Ensure that all team members on assigned shift follow established policies and procedures.
确保所有员工服从所建立的政策和程序。
4.Monitor and ensure the quick delivery of all orders.
监督和确保送餐的速度。
5.Perform appropriate follow up with guests pertaining to table return procedures.
按照程序收取与客人有关的餐桌。
6.Responsible for effective handling of all hospitality requests and VIP service.
给重要的客人提供热情的服务。
7.Perform all related serving duties as required or requested.
执行与服务有关的所有任务。
8.To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.

Job Specs

职位要求:

1.College Education
大专毕业证书。
2.Work experience in a similar position in a  5 Star Hotel For 1-2 years.
1-2年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验。
3.Good English skills (written & verbal)
良好的英语口译及书写能力。
4.Good leadership skills / Good training conducting skills /Strong organization skills,Open minded and outgoing personality Positive attitude
领导才能、培训技巧、组织能力,开朗及外向性格积极的工作态度。
