工作职责：
1. 负责宴会现场的整体协调与管理，确保宴会流程顺畅进行。
2. 监督宴会服务团队的工作，包括服务员、传菜员等，确保服务质量达到标准。
3. 与客户进行沟通，了解客户需求，并根据客户要求调整宴会安排。
4. 处理宴会现场的突发情况，如设备故障、客户投诉等，确保问题得到及时解决。
5. 负责宴会后的收尾工作，包括场地清理、设备归位等。
6. 定期对宴会服务进行总结和评估，提出改进建议，提升宴会服务质量。
任职资格：
1. 具备出色的组织协调能力和沟通能力。
2. 拥有至少2年的宴会管理或相关服务行业工作经验，有主管经验优先。
3. 能够承受工作压力，具备良好的应变能力和解决问题的能力。
4. 对宴会服务流程有深入了解，能够确保宴会顺利进行。
5. 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够带领团队完成宴会任务。
6. 对客户有耐心和细心，能够积极响应客户需求并妥善处理客户问题。
