工作职责：
1. 负责宾客行李的接送、寄存、提取及安全保管，确保流程规范、响应及时；
2. 协助办理入住与退房手续中的行李相关服务，配合前台及客房部门提供协同支持；
3. 定期检查行李房设施设备及存储环境，保持整洁有序，防范安全隐患；
4. 礼貌接待宾客，主动提供问询引导等基础服务，维护良好服务形象。
任职资格：
1. 具备1年及以上酒店前厅或礼宾类岗位工作经验，熟悉行李服务标准流程；
2. 持有中等职业技术学校（中专、技校、职高）毕业证书，专业不限；
3. 身体健康，能胜任体力作业（如搬运、装卸），无妨碍履行岗位职责的传染性疾病；
4. 具备基本沟通能力与服务意识，能适应轮班工作安排；
5. 遵守职业操守，无违法违纪记录，认同企业服务文化。
