Position Summary

职位简述:

This position is concerned with creating a royal and trustworthy staff, who take pride in their work providing the highest quality of food.

Responsibilities:

工作职责:

1.To work absolute cleanliness.To monitor the complete understanding order with other commis.
在整洁环境下工作,与其他厨师保持良好的沟通
2.To have a complete understanding and to follow up on hotel policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
对酒店的防火措施,卫生管理,健康安全方面理解正确全面并致力去推进
3.To respect order asking.To respect the Sous Chef organization.
尊重上级要求,尊重厨师长的运作方式
4.To do not waste the goods.To keep Sous Chef aware of all items of interest.
不浪费食物。协助厨师长了解所有工作项目
5.To know perfectly all foods items and methods in which way they were prepared in direct guest contact.
确保与客人直接接触时,对食品及加工方法具有丰富的知识
6.To develop and complement training programs.To listen Sous Chef recommendation.
开发并完成培训项目。听从厨师长的指示
7.To take part in to assist the Sous Chef and the Chef de Partie at the training.
参与协助厨师长和主管进行培训
8.To complement and maintain quality standards as they relate to sanitation and cleanliness.
确保并维持质量标准,如卫生及清洁标准
9.Establish good guest relation.
建立良好的顾客关系
10.To ensure all operating equipment / furniture are in good condition.
确保所有设备器运营良好
11.Retain and groom staff by.To wear chef’s hat.
保持和整顿员工。佩戴厨师帽。
12.To have cleanliness appearance as well as a good hygiene and some clean uniform.To wear name tag on your uniform.
按时检查员工外表清洁,个人卫生和制服,制服上应佩戴铭牌
13.Do not wear watch, bracelets and bangles.
不允许佩戴手表,手链和手镯
14.Do not wear fanciful rings (can have only one wedding ring)
不允许佩戴外形怪异的戒指(只可佩戴婚戒
15.Do not wear fanciful earrings (ladies can wear only one pair of earrings and guys are not allowed to wear earrings).
不允许佩戴外形怪异的耳饰(女士允许佩戴一对,男士不可)
16.To build and maintain a strong and efficient team.To maintain a good communication with all other staff.

17.To train the employees thus ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.

28.To actively promote the services and facilities of the Hilton Hotels to guests and suppliers of the Hotel.
为客户和供应商积极提升酒店服务质量及设施
29.The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
如有必要,该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。
30.Execute the project responsibilities in the hotel project team(s).
加入酒店的项目工作组时,认真履行相应职责。
31.AAd hoc assignment from the hotel management.
完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。


Job required:

职位要求:

1.Minimum requirements-High school graduate, Preferred – Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school

高中及以上学历毕业,最好是专业烹饪学校毕业。

2.1-2 years as Cook in 4 - 5 star category Hotels restaurants or individual restaurants with high standards

1-2年烹饪经验4-5星级酒店餐厅或个体级别较高的餐厅工作。

3.Have a good knowledge of Western cuisine to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.Able to produce sashimi and sushi independently.

  • 具备有与本职位相配的西餐烹饪知识,高效率,高质量完成本职工作。能够独立完成刺身和寿司的出品工作。

4.Basic English communications skills.

基础英语和沟通技巧。

5.Knowledge of kitchen equipment and kitchen produce.

对厨房设备和厨房产品的知识。
