招聘值班经理 Duty Manager_贵阳安纳塔拉度假酒店招聘信息-最佳东方

岗位职责：

1、在酒店大堂随时为客人服务；

2、确保所有入住和退房顺利进行，所有请求平稳解决，所有的预定被及时处理；

3、通过拨打礼遇电话获得客人的反馈；

4、提前准备VIP客人的房间并在大堂接待VIP客人；

5、记录宾客投诉并分享给所有部门；

6、推荐安纳塔拉特色体验和当地体验给所有住店客人；

7、确保员工了解酒店产品当前的信息和数据,包括房间类型、房价、相关特点及设施、餐饮及推广、水疗中心和健身俱乐部、及其他相关服务和设施；

8、监督前厅部各部门按照标准操作。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上；
2、懂得酒店管理一般理论知识和酒店管理制度和工作规范；
3、熟悉各种应急预案的内容和程序，了解接待礼仪、礼节；
4、熟悉外事纪律，了解旅游法规，懂得治安、消防条例等法律、法规等基本知识；
5、具有较强的组织、指挥、协调和控制等方面的管理能力，能处理宾客投诉和突发事件。
