岗位职责：
1、协助预订部正常运作，以达到酒店的收益目标；
2、按照部门要求，处理每天需跟进的相关报表；
3、管理新增预订避免积压订单，确保每日需跟进信息得到了及时有效的处理；
4、确保系统中预订程序的正确性，要求必须熟知系统；
5、熟知酒店各时期销售策略，价格，所售卖的套餐，团队及整体预订状况等；
6、确保（向客人提供的）有关酒店的产品和数据信息是最更新的，包括房型，房价，相关的产品特色及设备，各餐厅促销信息，水疗，康体中心及其它服务及设施。
岗位要求：
1、良好的英语口语及书写；
2、熟悉掌握基本办公软件操作；
3、具备热情的工作态度，良好的服务意识，人际交往及沟通能力；
4、注重细节，普通话标准，积极沟通。
