1. 全面负责中餐厅的日常运营管理工作，与厨房保持密切联系和沟通，确保餐厅的服务质量，向餐饮部经理汇报工作；

2. 检查每日工作中设备、家具、餐具、开餐前的准备等完好情况；

3. 检查服务用品、清洁卫生、检查库存物资；

4. 检查员工的仪容仪表；

5. 根据每天的预定和预抵，安排当天的服务工作；

6. 追踪和跟进客人满意度，并与餐饮部经理制定有效的行动计划；

7. 管理并盘点中餐运营区域的固定资产；

8. 行政管理跟进：培训计划、考勤管理、员工评估、实习生培训计划等；

9. 拟定中餐厅的规章制度、工作程序、质量标准；

10.收集与反馈客人对菜品品种和菜品质量的反映和要求，会同厨师长定期分析菜单；
