岗位职责：

1、负责筑味厨房员工餐厅的烹饪，根据每日食谱安排，按时、按质、按量地制作当日员餐菜品；

2、计划食材用料，为员工提供健康营养、美味与多样化的菜品，保证每餐出品质量；

3、认真执行食品卫生等相关制度，工作区内的所有食物都要经过检验，随时检查工作范围内的食品原料、炊具设备、库房与冰箱等，保持食物的基本安全和卫生标准；

4、及时订购补充物资，进行收货与验收食品货物，对一系列的肉类、水产品以及水果等物资进行合理储存，包括日期，储存方式，循环使用等做好相应记录。

岗位要求：

1、具有良好的卫生和营养意识，注重个人卫生；

2、具备扎实的烹饪扎实与技术；

3、认真负责，有责任心，乐于分享与沟通。
