岗位职责：
1、负责员工食堂的日常烹饪，确保每日出品，在成本预算内，最大程度地为团队成员提供美味可口、品类丰富的菜品；
2、督导和确保员工厨房的食品收货、制作、出品、储存和留样等操作均符合标准；
3、负责并协助员工餐厅的人员管理，包括工作安排、考勤管理以及员工培训等；
4、所有在工作区摆放的食物都要经过检验，包括日期，储存方式，循环使用等，确保食物的基本安全和卫生标准；
5、不定期检查厨房设备、设施运转是否正常，如发现异常及时上报，杜绝安全隐患的存在。
岗位要求：
1、具有良好的卫生和营养意识，注重个人卫生；
2、扎实的食品卫生安全、食品原料及烹饪等相关知识；
3、认真负责，有责任心，乐于分享与沟通；
4、较强的团队合作意识与责任感。
