岗位职责：
1、协助市场销售总监制定及监管市场销售部计划、部门手册，并参与制定市场销售部政策、标准程序及工作目标；
2、协助市场销售总监制定及决定针对各种商务及旅行社市场的销售策略、价格策略以及相应的促销活动等，旨在完成市场销售计划的各项目标；
3、确保与全球销售办公室保持适当及规律的沟通，从而协助酒店市场销售团队达到销售目标；
4、监督及管理所有生意跟进的有效性，保持良好的客户关系并为酒店创造更多的团队/散客生意来源；
5、通过多种的方式（例如：媒体、社交活动、与竞争对手聚会等）发掘有利于酒店发展的各种经济信息、某些公司的新举措及发展、新的任命、有潜力的工业园区、新的商业中心、新项目等等，并将这些信息传送至相关的销售人员。
岗位要求：
1、两年以上同岗位工作经验；
2、较强的决策及分析能力；
3、具有良好的人际关系、沟通技巧、领导技能和责任范围内所有任务的知识。
