岗位职责：
1、人事管理系统数据库的管理；
2、及时更新员工人事档案、人事系统，确保在职员工、离职员工人事档案的准确性, 完整性及保密性；
3、检查并确保团队成员娱乐室及员工宿舍等设施都能正常使用，并符合酒店的卫生标准；
4、管理员工更衣室，并符合酒店的卫生标准；
5、正确及时的发布内部和外部的招聘广告；
6、负责组织员工活动，例如海报设计、沟通协调、微信公众号发布等；

7、考勤审核及工资核算。

岗位要求：
1、1年以上相关工作经验或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景；
2、拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；
3、良好的写作技能、精通微软办公软件。
