【岗位职责】
1、全面负责前厅部的运营管理工作；
2、根据美诺集团要求和Anantara 品牌标准制定培训计划并落实，梳理日常工作流程，保障服务品质符合LQA标准；
3、带领宾客服务经理团队处理宾客投诉及突发事件，及时调动相关部门采取适当行动进行妥善处置；
4、根据酒店出租率合理排班，合理控制支出，负责前厅部团队成员KPI 设置以及绩效考核；
5、监控每日房态情况，保障客房收益，带领团队执行Room Upselling项目，提高酒店收益；
6、带领团队与各部门保持良好沟通，加强各部门的协作，保障宾客服务体验；
7、向房务总监汇报工作，围绕集团KPI开展工作部署，对结果负责。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先；
2、至少1年以上前厅部经理同岗位工作经验，熟悉Opera系统操作，国际联号经验优先考虑；
3、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，出色的服务意识，可以妥善处理各类突发事件；
4、出色的英文书面和口语能力；
5、具有较强的团队意识和管理执行能力和抗压能力；
6、形象气质佳，具备良好的职业素养；
