1)Drawsup the marketing plan annually together with Gereral Manager of the hotel每年与酒店总经理制定年度营销方案
2)Keepshimself/herself well informed about products (lodging, catering and otherfacilities).
- 熟悉产品（住宿、餐饮和其他设施）。
3)Sets,in conjunction with the General Manager, the current rates of the hotel.
- 与总经理共同制定酒店的当前房价。
4) Closelyobserves matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on aregular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
- 紧密关注与竞争有关的信息（位置、价格、定期开展的、按季开展的和更频繁开展的服务）。
5) Implementspolicies and procedures as directed by the General Manager.
执行总经理制定的政策和流程。
6)Forecastsfuture travel patterns and provided trade feedback to the management.
- 预测旅游业行情并向管理层提供行业反馈。
7) Monitorsand supervises his/her team’s production and activities.
- 监控和监督部门员工的工作进展和活动。
8)Accomplishgoals and to adhere to quota as set out in the marketing plan.
- 完成销售目标并坚持营销计划中确定的份额。
9)Ensurethat the sales team meet clients requirement and that the client serviceoffered corresponds effectively to their requests. In the event of complaints made by clients, shouldthe need arise, to avail him/herself as mediator between the hotel and clients& guests.
- 确保销售团队及其服务符合客户要求。如果遇到客人投诉，应主动担当酒店和客人之间的调解人。
10)Establishregular contact with major associations and government departments whichspecialize in corporate business.
- 定期联系大客户和政府部门，特别是有公司业务的客户。
