岗位职责
1.遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度，负责酒店建筑及各设施设备
2.按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。
3.完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房；监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。
4.完成宾客提出的小修工作。
5.完成维修领班安排的其它工作。
6.提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。

岗位要求

1.至少2年建筑维修经验或内部装修经验；

2.熟悉当地建筑条例，能够阅读图纸，基础机电技能；

3.必须具有专业维修木器，油漆，墙纸，地板和石器经验

4.对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。

5.有丰富工作经验者优先考虑。
