【岗位职责】
1.维修，保养和工程设备操作工作。
2.合理的使用和维护所有电气设施和工具3.协助工程师完成每天工作分派，确保电子系统可靠运作，以及消防设备安全。
4.根据主管的安排认真做好每日的空调、电器、机械设备运行记录。
5.按照工作计划完成对设备的维修保养，并作好相应的详细的记录。
6.认真执行日常巡检，消除不安全因素，及时排除故障。
7.保持工作场地的整齐整洁。
【岗位要求】
1.基本空调、电器原理/给排水/装饰技能/消防/AV等有关知识。
2.相关操作证书。
3.良好的沟通能力。
