【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店前台的日常接待工作，包括为客人办理入住、退房手续及提供问询服务；
2、准确处理客房预订信息，及时更新房态，确保预订系统的准确性；
3、协助处理客人投诉及特殊需求，提供高效、专业的解决方案；
4、负责前台收银工作，确保账目清晰、准确，并妥善保管现金及票据；
5、维护前台区域整洁有序，确保服务环境符合酒店标准；
6、与其他部门保持良好沟通，协调解决客人在店期间的问题；
7、熟悉酒店产品及服务，主动向客人推荐酒店各项设施及活动。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2、1年以上酒店前台或相关服务行业工作经验，熟悉前台操作流程；
3、年龄18-28岁，形象气质佳，具备良好的服务意识和职业素养；
4、普通话流利，具备基本的英语沟通能力；
5、熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统；
6、具备较强的应变能力、沟通能力及团队协作精神；
7、能适应倒班工作制，包括夜班及节假日值班。
