Complete responsibility for directing training supervising, planning, coordinating, of all areas within the culinary department including any projects requested by the Hotel Manager / Resident Manager of the hotel and its board; ensuring a quality product for our guests, and secure profit margins while maintaining the Corporate image of the Company at all times. 
完全负责指导厨房部门内所有的培训监督、规划、协调，包括酒店经理或驻店经理及其董事会要求的任何项目；确保为我们的客人提供优质产品，并确保利润化，同时始终保持公司的企业形象。

岗位职责Job Responsibilities：
1. Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the kitchen, coordinate the research and development of dishes, cost control, food safety and hygiene management, and ensure the stable quality of the products.
全面负责厨房日常运营管理，统筹菜品研发、成本控制、食品安全及卫生管理，确保出品质量稳定。
2. Formulate and optimize kitchen work processes, job standards and operation norms, guide and train the chef team, and enhance overall professional capabilities and collaboration efficiency.
制定并优化厨房工作流程、岗位标准及操作规范，指导并培训厨师团队，提升整体专业能力与协作效率。
3. Participate in the planning of restaurant menus and the formulation of pricing strategies, continuously optimize the product structure in combination with market trends and customer feedback, and ensure the competitiveness of catering services.
参与餐厅菜单规划与定价策略制定，结合市场趋势与客户反馈持续优化产品结构，保障餐饮服务竞争力。
4. Ensures that staff are fully aware and complies with the SFSMS guidelines set by SLIM.
确保员工充分了解并遵守集团制定的食品卫生指南。
5. Consistently monitors performance against guest critique to achieve a minimum group norm for both Customer Satisfaction and Food Quality.
始终如一地根据客人的评论监看质量监测数据，以达到客户满意度和食品质量的最低标准。

岗位要求 Job Requirements：
1. With 8 years or more of kitchen management experience in star-rated hotels, possessing the ability to independently coordinate the overall operation of the kitchen.
具有8年及以上星级酒店厨房管理经验，具备独立统筹后厨全盘运营的能力。
2. Possessing a solid foundation in cooking techniques and the ability to innovate dishes.
具备扎实的烹饪技术功底和菜品创新能力。
3. Possess excellent team management, communication and coordination skills, as well as strong stress resistance具备优秀的团队管理、沟通协调及抗压能力。
