absence of Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and
operational requirements are known.

Prepares
cooks, serves and stores the following dishes.

Prepares
in advance food, material and equipment needed for the service.

Maintain
a hygienic kitchen according to HACCP.

Communicates

Establishes
