Supervises the attendance system maintainin each department.
监督各部门考勤系统的维护。
Process Talent salary, social insurance andhousing fund procedure.
负责人才薪酬、社会保险及公积金手续。
Ensure hotel employment contracts aresigned in line with hotel policy and government law.
确保人才劳动合同的签订符合酒店政策及法律要求。
Assists in Talent recruitment and screeningsystem.
协助人事招聘及筛选工作。
Prepare and submit periodic personnelreports such as the notices for Talent probation complete, labor contractrenew, promotion and monthly Talent leave summary etc.
定期准备并上交人事报表、表单、信函，如：人才试用期转正通知、合同续签通知、人才晋升祝贺信函、人才晋升确认函、每月人才假期统计表等。
Monitor and review hotel benefits andcompensation and recommend to Talent & Service Manager of the changes asappropriate. 
关注酒店的人才福利和补助情况，如有变化，向人才与服务经理汇报。
Ensure the salary and wages issue forresignation Talent and manage the resignation Talent personal file.
确保离职人才的薪资发放及离职人员档案管理。
Counsel Talent salary and wages related questionsand other personnel requirement. 
对酒店人才进行薪资等相关问题及其他人事咨询。
