l  Responsible for the talent dormitory day-to-day operations.
l  负责员工宿舍的日常运作。
l  Maintain effective communication with live-in talent, to improve the service in accordance with talent’s opinions and suggestions.
l  能与入住宿舍的员工保持良好的沟通渠道，能针对员工提出的意见或建议进行合理的积极的分析和反馈并能采取措施给予落实。
l  To ensure good operation and maintenance of all kinds of equipment.
l  检查并保证员工宿舍区域设施设备正常运转，并提供维护、保养和维修的服务。
l  Responsible for talent dormitory utilities statistic.
l  负责酒店所有宿舍的每月水电煤气费用统计。
l  Prepare and provide the suitable dormitory room for part-time employees in talent dormitory when necessary.
l  在需要时，提供相应条件的宿舍供酒店临时工使用。
l  Assist with the management of talent dormitory cost control.
l  协助管理员工宿舍成本控制。
l  Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met in a timely basis.
l  保证按时完成各项报告及上级分配的各项工作。
l  Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
l  坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
l  The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
