BASIC FUCTION

基本职责

Responsible for assisting the Director of Sales &Marketing in the planning, directing and managing the hotel’s portfolio of accounts to stimulate demand for room nights to achieve budget and revenue plan.

负责协助销售总监完成对酒店客户的管理、导向及计划，以刺激增长间夜数达到预计收入指标。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and implement the strategic sales plan of the hotel and directs sales activities of the sales team to ensure the highest level of service with travel trade, government bodies, business associations, corporations and airlines, to generate room night productivity and revenue as planned.

1. 贯彻执行酒店销售策略和计划，引导销售团队进行有效的销售活动以确保对旅行社、媒体、市政府、商业团体和公司及航空公司客户的良好服务，从而增加酒店房间间夜数。

Ensure implementation of sales processes and account records within the sales team to achieve budget and revenue plan.

2. 根据预算计划，贯彻监督销售团队对销售进程和客户信息跟进执行情况。

Ensure and maintains all up-to-date records and account profiles in sales management system.

3. 在销售管理系统中对所有客户信息及时更新。

Prepare annual sales targets and develop working plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.

4. 准备年度的销售指标和制定活动计划。

Direct and manages all activities related to processing a sales lead and converting the sales to achieve revenue plans of the hotel.

5. 负责组织所有的销售拜访活动，并对潜在的销售导向进行跟踪，以贯彻销售计划的执行。

6. 为了提供高质量的服务，与酒店其他部门（如前厅、餐饮等）协作，以满足客户订房和宴会要求。

Responds to all account requests of information and proposals within 24 hours.

7. 在24小时之内回复所有客户需求信息。

Manages all Sales and Account Managers on all related sales activities and the like, by conducting daily briefing and weekly sales meetings.

8. 在每日晨会和周会上，听取销售经理和销售主任的工作汇报并指导相关活动。

Coordinates sales effort with the Director of Sales& Marketing.

9. 执行并协助市场销售总监的日常销售活动。

Reviews daily Sales Call Reports and Daily Activity Reports, and provide direction and follows-up critical areas.

10. 总结每日的销售活动报表，并对重要事项进行跟进和指导。

Prepares weekly summary of sales activity reports, for the Director of Sales & Marketing, competitors activities and gather market intelligence.

11. 每周向市场销售总监对销售活动进行汇报总结，包括竞争者情况和市场信息。

Attends trade shows, sales trips to represent the hotel and promote greater brand awareness as and when directed.

12. 为提升酒店品牌意识，参加展会及商务拜访。

Manages sales office in the absence of the Director of Sales & Marketing.

13. 在销售总监外出时管理销售部门。

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

工作要求

College degree preferably in business administration or related discipline.

1. 大学商务和其它相关专业毕业

5 years experience in a hotel of international standard.

2. 5年国际酒店经验

Personable, aggressive and assertive.

3. 工作积极主动

Excellent written and oral communication.

4. 良好的书写和口头交流技巧

Fluent in English, Mandarin or one other language.

5. 英文及普通或其它一门语言话流利

Understanding the local market landscape.

6. 了解国内市场

Must have strong relationships with key multinational accounts, corporations and commercial houses.

7. 与重要跨国公司有良好的关系
