BASIC FUNCTION
基础职能
1. Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
监督所在餐厅的服务和菜单内容的提供情况,确保高品质和一致性。
2. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
1. In the absence of a Mgr, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
2. Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉,并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
3. Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
监督现金的处理和存放程序。
4. Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
编制每日存款和流动资金报告。
5. Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures.
制定并指导员工执行现金安全制度。
6. Deal with irregular payments.
处理异常的付款情况。
7. Supervise functions监督各项职能:
l Supervise outlet service.
监督餐厅的服务。
l Monitor standards of guest facilities and service.
监督客用设施和服务的标准。
l Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
监督服务设备的维护保养。
8. Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs.
和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
9. Manage wage and beverage cost.
管理工资和饮料成本。
10. Forecasting and stock control.
进行预测工作和有效的控制存货。
11. Analyze food and beverage statistics through point of sale system.
通过销售点销售系统分析餐饮统计数据。
12. Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs.
和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
13. Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department`s budget.
和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
14. Restaurant Revenue Target.
餐厅营业收入目标。
15. Handle guests complaints professionally.
专业的处理客人的投诉。
16. Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted
safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.

17. Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and
procedures.

18. Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and enforce these in your
areas.

19. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify manager of potential dangers.

20. Abide by work assignment of department head.

JOB SPECIFICATION
职位要求
1. Graduation from Hotel Management.
酒店管理

3. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

4. Associate degree or above.
全日制大专(含)以上学历。
5. 3 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of
education and experience.
3年相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
6. Good written and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
要求具有良好的中英文听说读写和沟通技能。
7. Knowledge in using computer and office software.
熟练使用电脑及办公自动化软件。
