BASIC FUNCTION基本职责：
Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, co-coordinating the activities of all laundry personnel and for ensuring efficient and economical processing of all guest and hotel laundry or dry-cleaning items.
负责计划、指导、控制、协调所有洗衣房员工的工作，并确保所有客衣和酒店水洗或干洗项目的有效性、节约性。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  职责和义务：
1.    Fully master the skills of wet cleaning, dry cleaning, stain removal, sizing and ironing.
全面掌握湿洗、干洗、去渍、上浆和熨烫的技能。
2.    Directs, coordinates and participates in the activities of all laundry personnel engaged in such activities as washing, dry-cleaning, pressing, spotting, collecting, delivering and checking guest and hotel laundry and dry-cleaning items.
指导、协调、参与所有洗衣房员工的活动，包括：水洗、干洗、熨烫、局部去渍、收集、投递和检查客人及酒店的水洗和干洗项目。 
3.    Plans and schedules the daily work activities of laundry personnel, ensuring that all hotel and guest requirements are met, and taking into consideration occupancy and business forecast and preventive maintenance schedules.
计划安排好洗衣房员工的每天工作，确保所有的酒店和客人需要，并重视占用率、商业预测和预防措施。

4.    Control and record the use of chemical cleaners and order chemical as required.
控制并记录化学清洁剂的使用情况并按要求订购清洁剂。
5.    Coordinates with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to ensure and adequate supply of their requirements for linen and uniforms.
与客房部和餐饮部做好协调工作以确保他们所需布草和制服的足够供应。 
6.    Ensure all machines are cleaned and maintained, and report to the engineering department on the items to be repaired.
确保所有机器的清洁和保养，并向工程部跟踪汇报需要维修的项目。
7.    Conduct employee training according to established procedures; Lead training sessions to discuss issues and further plans to give information and make arrangements.
根据已建立的程序做好员工培训；主持培训会议参与讨论问题和进一步的计划，给予信息和安排。
8.    Collaborate with Executive Housekeeper on manning and management requirements.
与行政管家制定人员编制。
9.    Making department budget and control department cost with Executive Housekeeper.
与行政管家一起编制部门预算和管理部门成本。
10.  Respond effectively and efficiently to emergencies and report them to Executive Housekeeper.
有效并高效地对紧急情况做出反应并向行政管家汇报紧急情况。
11.  Performs other duties which may be assigned within scope of Housekeeping Department.
履行其他可能在管房部工作范围内的任务。
12.  Maintain good communication with the Executive Housekeeper on issues affecting the laundry area.
就影响洗衣房区域的各项事宜与行政管家保持良好沟通。
13.  To direct the work of subordinates directly under his position.
指导直属下级在其岗位上的工作。
14.  Performs other duties that be required by his superior.
完成上级交办的其他任务。

1.    Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.

4.    Be familiar with the operation of the laundry equipment and the operation of the laundry.
