BASIC FUCTION

基本职责

Provides functional direction to hotel sales, marketing, PR and reservation staff area to optimize opportunities through proactive planning and execution of the approved business plan and budget as well as marketing and sales plans. Direct and plan hotel advertising and PR plans to raise brand awareness. Implement corporate marketing program initiatives to drive incremental channel shift. Executes strategies which ultimately stimulate demand for roomnights, drive incremental revenues, stimulate product demand and achieve #1 or 2 RGI positioning among identified competitive set.

为酒店销售,市场及公关部员工制定工作计划及指导,并落实执行各部门工作计划和预算指标。通过酒店广告及公关计划增强酒店的知名度。制定市场及客户拓展计划以增加销售通路。始终贯彻市场策略的执行来增加客房率及提高酒店收入。


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

义务及职责

Responsible for the overall supervision of all sales person, in following sales policy and strategy established by the Hotel and Group.

监督并负责所有部门员工落实豪生国际集团制定的销售策略和政策。


Works with General Manager and hotel sales and marketing team to review business projections and develop annual marketing/sales plans, which support annual area revenue goals and returns to owners.

1.    协助总经理及市场销售团队定期总结工作项目的执行情况和更新市场销售计划,以达成年度区域目标并汇报与业主。


Reviews marketing and sales budgets and allocated expenditures to ensure most effective use of funds available to support business objectives.

2.    参考市场销售部门预算合理分配开支。


3.    协助总经理及市场销售团队进行广告推广和销售促销活动计划,以达到酒店营业目标增加利润。

Directs and reviews related advertising activities in conjunction and cooperation with the Public Relations Department.


4.    指导公关部门相关广告活动。

Provides direction in the development of effective marketing and sales strategies and plans, to ensure rate and occupancy objectives are achieved. Keeps abreast of best practices in the region and tailors activities to achieve goals.


5.    为销售策略的制定提供准确的市场导向并组织有效地区域性实践活动的,以确保房价及客房率达到预期指标。

Identifies and recommend sales training needs designed to improve the selling and customer service skills of sales staff. Collaborates with the training department in the assessment of operational staff and delivery of specialized training needs.


6.    针对业务需要,将所需培训项目通知培训部门,定期组织销售培训活动以提高销售技巧。 

Reviews hotel performance against budget and establishes improvement action as necessary.


7.    定期总结前段时间工作情况,为下阶段工作做更好的准备。

Ensure effective use of yield management systems to maximize revenue opportunities in achieving Rev par targets.

确保收益管理系统的有效利用,在达到可售房平均房价的指标基础上,使收益最大化。

 

Ensure synergy in the use of hotel operation systems, technology and sales practices and the sharing of best practices.

8.    确保与酒店运作系统和技术和销售培训。

 

Develops and maintains strong relationships with Sales and Marketing Team, customers, industry and the business community.

9.    与市场销售团队,客户和商业团体保持和发展良好的合作关系。


Co-ordinate and participate actively in trade-show and Sales trip events as identified to maintain close liaison with travel intermediaries, local business groups and airlines.

10.  有效参与并协调会展事宜并定期组织销售旅行以增进与旅行社中介,本地商务旅行客人和航空公司的联系。

 

Establish and review Strategic Sales account planning and utilization.

11.  定期回顾总结客户计划及执行情况。

 

Co-ordinates and manages all monthly reporting requirements for the hotel.

12.  向酒店管理层提交每月所需报表。

 

Coordinates efforts between the Sales Office. Front Office and the F&B Department.

13.  协调销售部和前厅及餐饮部的工作。

 

Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

14.  完成上级指派的其它工作。

 


JOB SPECIFICATIONS

工作要求

A degree in Business Administration or related discipline

1.    大学教育程度及市场专业。

 

Minimum 8 years experience in Marketing and Sales in an international hotel environment.

2.    至少8年国际性酒店的相关工作经验。

 

Personable, aggressive and articulate

3.    有进取心及良好形象。

 

Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong oral and written communication skills

4.    良好的书写和口头交流技巧,英文及普通话流利。

 

Established relationships with key multinational accounts, travel agents and tour operators .

5.    资深处理国际市场经验及对市场有很好的了解

 

Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

6.    高度责任感、正直和诚恳。
