Basic Function

基本功能

• To ensure that all deliverles are received in an organized manner and inspected prior to acceptance

• Responsible for the correct counting, weighing, measuring, and sorting of all purchases of food, beverage, general supplies and operating equipment..

• 确保有组织的接收所有货物并于接收之前进行检验。

• 确保所有采购的食品、饮料、用品及营业设备的数量、计量、重量的准确及正确分类。

Duties And Responsibilities

工作职责

1. Match delivery slips with purchase orders to ensure that the specifications,quantities and prices on the delivery slips match with those on the purchase orders

将送货单与采购订单进行核对，确保送货单上的规格、数量和价格与采购订单上的一致。

2. Check quality and quantity of delivered goods with specifications and quantities on the dilivery slips with the relevant department

在接收货物之前，与相关部门检查货物的质量和数量。

3. Arrange dilivery of received goods to the storeroom or to the requesting department ,Input those information to the system

一旦货物验收合格, 应及时发送到仓库或相关部门确保发出的货物都做了相关登记并入账。

4. Prepare the daily receiving reports and forward the reports to the relevant department

根据酒店政策和程序，做好收货记录和编制收货报表，并提交相关部门。

5. Other duties as required by the Financial Manager and Cost Control Manager

完成财务部经理和成本控制部经理临时安排的其他工作。

Job Specification

任职要求

1. Secondary school, college degree or above

中专、大专及以上学历。

2. At least 1 year related experience in star rated hotels

1年以上星级酒店相关工作经验。

3. Own basic finance knowledge, knows well about the Receiving management and procedures

具备基本的财务知识，熟练掌握收货管理和程序。

4. Computer skills, communication skills

熟练的电脑和沟通技巧。
